Something with Rice - Fried Rice

FRIED RICE

INGREDIENTS:
6 Cups Cold Cooked White Rice
1 Bunch Scallions, Chopped
1 Lb Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled
1 Cup Frozen Peas
6-8 Eggs, Whipped
Soy Sauce (to taste)
3 TBL Oil

DIRECTIONS:

Heat wok or large frying pan on medium-high heat. Add oil to pan. Add eggs to pan and cook to scrambled texture. Add all other ingredients and stir until heated through.

Ahhhh!!! I was going to my Fried Rice recipe too! LOL. Too funny. (*Great minds think alike?).

Mine is different... but still, 2 fried rice recipes aren't really needed. I'll have to choose a different one. ;)

meritt - please post your flied I mean fried rice recipe. After all, variety is the spice of life. And I know I can definitely use a little spice right now.
